A leading UK-based investment bank, specialising in providing research, advisory, and execution services currently are looking to bring in a new HR Operations Manager on an initial 12 month basis.

This HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of their ‘people technology vision’ and ensuring seamless operational processes within the People Team.

This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects of all people processes, HR systems, data integrity and reporting particularly focusing on SAP Success Factors.

Key Day to Day Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the People Operations team acting as an escalation point for employee queries or complex issues.
Oversee all Success Factors system processes, data integrity, and provide regular training to stakeholders.
Play a critical part in driving greater effectiveness and efficiencies to all People processes.
Manage relationships and interactions with colleagues in the People Team, as well other key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and third party providers.
Projects:

Lead on the optimisation of new Success Factors modules and greater efficiencies of all current systems.
Business as usual processes – streamline, enhance and improve current processes across the lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.
Create new reports and dashboards, supporting the team and board with how they pull key people data.
Support the Reward partner with key reward processes, including compensation letters, share awards, and benefit management. Ensuring HRIS is up to date and correct.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, SMCR, GDPR, and manage risk and audit processes.
Collaborate with People, Technology, and Finance teams to improve efficiencies.
Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day People Operations.
Skills and Experience Required:

Proven expertise with SAP Success Factors.
Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of FCA regulations, SM&CR, and GDPR compliance.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
