Job Description: IFA Administrator

Location:

North West England, Merseyside, St Helens

Salary:

£28000 – £28000 per annum

Job Duties:

Assist Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in administrative tasks
Prepare and process client documentation
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Support IFAs in preparing financial reports and presentations
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
Assist in marketing and client communication activities

Required Qualifications:

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of financial products and services
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Working Conditions:

Standard office hours, Monday to Friday
Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods
Professional office environment
