This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast growing, financial/tech company based in Lower Hutt. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, passionate team who are responsible for converting and processing inbound sales opportunities, ensuring a positive customer experience. They are looking for a self-motivated inbound sales representative with proven sales experience building positive business relationships with external stakeholders.

What’s does the role involve:

Manage new customer enquiries via inbound calls, virtual meetings and emails.
Identify customer requirements and provide tailored proposals for customers that maximise value.
Coordinate customer onboarding and book appointments for high value leads.
Accurately capture customer and sales data using internal systems.
Ensure onboarding guidelines are explained effectively to new customers, including payment and information provision.
Cross-sell and upsell new products as they become available to maximise lead generation across the business.
What we are looking for:

1-3 years sales experience preferably in a B2B environment or experience in financial/banking services.
Experience working with a sales system such as Salesforce or Dynamics is desirable.
A confident communicator with proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual, handling a wide variety of tasks.

This is a full time office based role in Lower Hutt working Monday – Friday, 9-5. 2 days WFH after 3 months with the team.

You must be in New Zealand and have a valid work visa.
