Your new company
This is an opportunity to support an organisation working in environmental science and research across the UK. This piece of work can be completed on a remote basis and will start ASAP. Working days and patterns can be flexible, and the work should be completed within the next 12–16 weeks.
Your new role
Working with the Early Careers Manager and Head of Talent, you will research the external market on apprenticeship options available to the organisation and will report your findings to the stakeholder group. Throughout your external research, it is expected you will explore things such as:
Realistic cost to the organisation to implement an apprenticeship programme and what funding may be available to support this
Programmes and training that the learning & development team would need to develop in order to support the success of an apprenticeship programme in the organisation
Education establishments and communities the organisation should partner with in order to attract candidates to the apprenticeship opportunities
Career path options for apprentices
What you’ll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a HR/Talent/Early careers professional who has had experience of apprenticeships and will therefore understand where to go for the information and what the realistic impact will be on the existing HR/Talent function to deliver this programme. It would be a huge advantage if your previous apprenticeship experience has included Environmental Science or Science Research, but this is not essential to be considered.
