Interim ER Consultant, 6-month contract, London City, Matrix Financial Services
Your new role
ER Consultant role for an initial 6-month day rate contract, working for a financial services firm. This role’s purpose is to create efficiencies in their ER department, managing a team of 4 ER specialists. Covering EMEA region, including Germany and France, works counsel. Reporting into the head of HR, supporting a project where you’ll be responsible for looking in-depth policies, including conduct issues, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working requests and workplace concerns.
What you’ll need to succeed
Significant experience working in Employee Relations
Recent and significant experience in financial services or insurance employee relations
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organisation
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Ability to manage internal and external resources to mitigate risks to the Mars business and reputation
Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
