Interim IT Technician – Network support
Your new company
You will be working at a forward-thinking specialist setting school in the Knowsley area with pupils aged 11–19 years. It’s a thriving school which offers the learners the best opportunities to succeed and prepare them for adulthood.
Your new role
This will be a temporary role that will likely be 1–3 months.
You will work under the instruction and guidance of senior staff and will provide basic diagnostics and recovery routines on network equipment, perform basic PC hardware repairs and upgrades.
What you’ll need to succeed :
Experience of working in an IT support environment
Good communication skills and the ability to relate well with children and adults.
Willingness to work with children who have special educational needs.
Be confident in desktop applications, including software and server-based applications.
GCSES in Maths and English
Enhanced DBS
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will get a daily rate of 120-140 per day depending on experience. You will join an excellent team with plenty of support. This temporary position could lead to something more permanent.
