Interim Marketing Manager – Kent Coast – 3-6 month contract initially – £50-£55K pro rata
Are you a strategic marketing professional looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a major UK organisation in the transport and logistics sector to find an Interim Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Ensure brand consistency across all operations.
* Create a 2025 marketing plan for core business units
* Lead marketing campaign planning and development across digital and traditional media.
* Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to enhance strategy.
* Collaborate with the Head of Communications on PR and CSR opportunities.
* Manage and support a team of 3 marketing professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
* Strong understanding of brand management and multi-channel marketing.
* Ability to work on-site 5 days per week and lead a team effectively.
