This is a hybrid position. Working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, remote Monday and Friday. This position can be based at our Walpole, MA or Cary, NC site.
Your role:
Onboard customers with direct EDI and GHX set up, working with IT partners and customers
UAT test new EDI/GHX connections, system updates, and bug fixes related to eCommerce platforms
Drives process and system improvements for eCommerce platforms
Collaborate with IT analysts, customers, and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and perform system testing
Aids in building internal and external training documentation related to eCommerce platforms
Supports customers and internal users with referral to appropriate specialist for technical support and or problem resolution when warranted
Recognizes when to escalate customer issues
Build and manage daily eCommerce reports to ensure customer satisfaction
Supports and enhances the sale of products through knowledge of eCommerce through outbound/inbound phone calls
Support revenue growth by managing orders for products/services from customers via electronic ordering
Identify and help implement efficient EDI processes
Assist with driving our customers to eCommerce platforms
Maintain a positive team environment while providing the best customer experience
Your expertise:
Knowledge of SAP P40, P41, P56, and P58
Knowledge of Webshop platforms and GHX/EDI
Successful demonstration of key responsibility and knowledge referenced above
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred
Project management skills and exemplified background preferred
The requirements:
3 to 5 years related GHX, EDI, and SAP experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong computer skills, knowledge in Windows applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Able to work in a team environment, coordinate multiple priorities/projects, and be reliable and supportive
Minimal travel required
