A joiner is required in and around Durham to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are Mainly Remedial Works, Replacing Panels in Base Units, Straightening Doors & Draws, Fixing and Replacing Kitchen Units, Plinths and skirting.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday. This contract is for 2 weeks work.

Previous experience as a Joiner
Social housing experience
Own Tools
Own Transport
