Website toogoodtogo Too Good To Go

Across borders, dialects and differences, there’s a universal language: food. It’s one of the reasons we here at Too Good To Go value it so much.

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste and loss. We are on a mission to change that – are you with us?

We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Through our app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a discounted rate. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 79 million registered users and 197,000 active partners across 17 countries, have together already saved 260+ million meals from going to waste – avoiding almost 635.000 tonnes of CO2e!

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but we are just at the start of our journey. We’re looking for an exceptional Key Partner Growth Specialist to join the Too Good To Go team based in Belgium.

This position requires working from the office in Ghent min 2 days per week

Your mission

Reporting directly to the Senior Key Accounts Manager, you will be the main contact for important retail key account partners in Belgium. Account Management: You look after retail key account chains proactively and professionally, in cooperation with the headquarters of our partners. You conduct meetings and negotiations with our most important partners together with our key account managers.
Account Growth: You are responsible for developing growth strategies for our partners and working on optimising and increasing branch coverage and the overall offering. You are responsible for controlling and increasing the number of bags saved at national level.
Project Planning: You will be responsible for various projects in the key account management area, such as coordinating, when necessary, marketing campaigns linked to the development plan of the KA in your portfolio.
Account Needs: You identify and recognize feedback trends from the market as well as through discussions and meetings with your partners.
Planning & Forecasting: You create performance reports and analyse trends and potential for improvement of the accounts. You also create forecasts for internal planning.
Embed The Movement: You will not only strengthen relationships, but also work to embed the fight against food waste with our key partners.
Cross-Functional Working: You will work with colleagues both nationally and internationally, optimising our processes and strategies.
