The Role

As a landlord & tenant surveyor, you will provide expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gearing, and restructuring. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, delivering strategic solutions that maximise client value.

Key Responsibilities

* Negotiate lease renewals on behalf of landlords and tenants.

* Advise on rent reviews, assessing market evidence and recommending rental values.

* Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to optimise property portfolios.

* Act as an expert witness in independent expert, arbitration, and PACT referrals.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring first-class service.

* Stay ahead of market trends, legislation, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

* MRICS qualification and proven experience in landlord & tenant surveying.

* Strong background in lease advisory with a track record of successful negotiations.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

* In-depth understanding of landlord & tenant legislation.
