Junior Trade Mark Litigation Lawyer – Prominent Law Firm
- Commencing imminently, this opportunity is on an ‘as needed’ basis.
- Assist with IP infringement matters, respond to letters of demand, draft affidavits, and provide general litigation support.
- We would like to speak to lawyers with between 2-5 years’ PAE in trademark litigation matters. Commercial experience in drafting licence agreements is advantageous but not essential.
Senior Corporate / Commercial Lawyer – Regulated Retail Environment
- Commencing immediately, this opportunity is available for 5 days a week on an ongoing basis.
- Provide legal support on complex matters, focusing on compliance and regulatory affairs within a highly regulated B2C industry.
- We would like to speak to senior lawyers with 15+ years’ PAE who have experience in regulated environments such as the Energy or Banking sector.
Senior Franchise Lawyer – International Hotel Chain
- Commencing imminently, this opportunity is 5 days a week for an ongoing period.
- Draft and review franchise agreements, provide expert franchising advice, and offer general commercial legal support.
- We would like to speak to lawyers with between 5-10+ years’ PAE in franchising, with experience in the hospitality sector being highly desirable.
These opportunities are based in Melbourne, but we welcome remote applicants from other Australian states who hold a current Australian legal practising certificate.
We are eager to connect with mid–senior legal professionals who are interested in completing project-based and contracting work.
