Multiple Lead Enterprise Solution Architects required to support ongoing enhancement of core technology platforms that support Fed Gov Agency systems.

Initial 12 month contract (possible 12-month extension options)
No Award applies for this role: Rates from $140.00 per hour are offered (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading) – dependent on skills and experience.
5 hours per day – 37.5 hours per week
Australian Citizens required due to Fed Gov Environment – Baseline Clearance preferred
Locations: ACT or VIC
Hybrid work arrangements – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

About the Role:

A Federal Government Agency require multiple Lead Enterprise Solutions Architects to support the ongoing enhancement of core technology platforms that support the Agency’s systems. The successful candidates will have experience leading and driving architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and large-scale integration projects (preferably, Salesforce).

Key duties and responsibilities:

Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose
Help develop and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and strategic ICT roadmap
Engage with the business to understand the tactical & strategic objectives and requirements
Engage with the enterprise architects, solution leads and relevant stakeholders to ensure solution alignment across domains
Provide technical oversight and facilitate complex issues resolution arising during project delivery
Ownership and accountability for leading and producing the delivery of coherent technical solutions across the domain
Represent the domain throughout all Governance Councils
Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of Architecture experience with broad technical knowledge, including demonstratable experience leading the design of complex enterprise class platforms
Excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills, must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements
Experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers
Act as the business’ conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution
TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification; Azure or AWS cloud experience
Desirable Skills & Experience:

Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
Industry experience across health or insurance sectors, or other related industries with large customer bases and complex supply chain interactions
Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded
