We’re looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias/Multi-Skilled) to help drive our site’s maintenance to world-class levels. If you’re more about diagnosing and fixing the root cause than just pressing “reset,” keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Looking Heroic in a Hard Hat)
* Planned Preventative Maintenance – Because breakdowns love bad timing.
* Electrical Troubleshooting – PLCs, motors, inverter drives… if it has wires, you’re on it.
* Team Leadership – Plan work, guide technicians, and share your expertise.
* Maintenance System Management – Yes, some paperwork, but we promise it’s worth it.
* Safety & Compliance – Because safety first, superhero stunts second.
* Continuous Improvement – Upgrade processes and equipment for maximum efficiency
What We’re Looking For (No Wizards, Just Skilled Humans)
* Solid experience in electrical & mechanical engineering (bonus points if you fix things without swearing).
* A recognized electrical qualification – sparks should stay in the circuits, not fly around.
* Experience with planned preventative maintenance – think ahead, don’t just react.
* Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives & electrical drawings – you don’t need to be an AI, just smarter than the machines.
* Comfortable working at heights – we won’t ask you to join the circus, but MEWP skills are a must.
