Learning and development specialist – Required for this Global travel company with lovely offices based in central London. They are looking for either an experienced trainer or a travel consultant looking to move into training. Amadeus is essential, ideally knowledge of Dolphin. Salary around 30/35k, hybrid, plus benefits
Learning and development specialist duties
-Training New starters within the leisure team, on GDS, mainly Amadeus, Dolphin and other internal systems including phones as well as equipment them with the knowledge of how to become a successful travel consultant
-Training both face to face and online
-Training existing staff when needed on new system, GDS etc
-Helping travel agents with system problems and advise on how to do things better
-Access training and development needs through performance
-Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs
-Write new training programmes when needed
Learning and development specialist skills required
-Ideally a training background in travel would be a major advantage
-They would consider a experienced travel agent with expert Amadeus and ideally Dolphin knowledge
-Someone who has a love for training and happy to deliver training face to face and virtual
-Someone who is happy to work in a London office 3 days per week
Additional information
-Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
