My client is a leading law firm seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team in Huddersfield.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents
* Liaise with concerned parties including clients, solicitors, and estate agents to manage the conveyancing process
* Ensure personal and departmental deadlines are met
* Draft correspondence and emails
* Manage incoming and outgoing post
* Answer telephone calls and respond to queries

Requirements:

* At least 1 years’ experience working as a legal secretary – preferably within conveyancing
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to work well under pressure and ensure deadlines are kept
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
