Focus of Work

Job Description

This role will primarily support front office teams with ongoing deal support. You will play an integral role in negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
You will also support business teams with licensing requests and new product launches, as well as offering the latest commercial advice on regulatory landscapes across ANZ and the APAC region.
You will also form part of the regional projects team which focuses on products and services across ANZ and the APAC region.

Requirements

6 – 12 PQE
Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
Open to lawyers from both Practice & In-House
Experience ideally across any of the following seen as preferred: digital banking, payments, digital services such as e-commerce, technology SaaS – with exposure to regulation and regulatory bodies
Due to the exposure of the role regionally, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required

Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain.

To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, these include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
