What You’ll Be Doing

Move-ins & Move-outs – Ensuring tenants have a seamless experience
Property Maintenance – Arranging maintenance to keep homes in top condition
Tenant & Contractor Liaison – Building strong relationships
Admin & Systems Updates – Keeping things running smoothly
Portfolio Growth – Working alongside our MD to expand our reach
Varied Workload – No two days are the same!

This is a role for someone who loves people, problem-solving, and property. You’ll be based both in and out of the office, so a driving licence and own car are essential (we provide mileage and parking).

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in lettings or property management is great but not essential – if you’re ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you!
A natural communicator with strong organisational skills
A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
Someone who thrives in a fast-growing business
