About The Role: Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical therapy (both individual and group sessions) in collaboration with our multidisciplinary Clinical Care Team.
Participate in weekly clinical team meetings discussing treatment formulation, progress, regress and/or failure; lead discharge planning, discharge summaries, follow-up care and liaison communication.
Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture, focused on partnering with members of the Clinical Team and patients as we inspire and empower change.
Assist and participate in clinician recruiting and development efforts as needed.
Adhere to all aspects of the clinical program’s policies and procedures to ensure quality performance and assist the Clinical Director in any quality improvements that may be necessary.
Conduct client utilization reviews and medical necessity discussions with insurance payers, if necessary.
Fulfill responsibilities related to all aspects of your allocated caseload, clinical documentation, timely entries into the treatment record, and maintain compliance with standards for documentation.

Licensed Therapist Details: 100% remote work. High volume of regular client referrals. Therapy focused model with zero administrative work. 5-40 hrs per week – You decide your schedule. Perform your work anywhere that has a reliable internet connection.
Qualifications: Active professional license to practice in the USA. Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Current state license by the state board is required: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW.
Benefits: Salary: $90k to $104k per year. Set your own schedule: Work once a week, once a month, or everyday. Clients will schedule meetings based on your availability.
