Job Title: Repairs Planner/Scheduler – Responsive Repairs
Location: Shepperton
Salary: £28,000 + Benefits (Generous Holiday, Development Opportunities)
Are you highly organized and proactive? We’re hiring a Repairs Planner/Scheduler to play a key role in coordinating social housing repairs in out Surrey office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling: Manage daily tasks for up to 20 operatives, maximizing efficiency.
* Urgent Requests: Prioritize emergency calls for quick resolution.
* Team Coordination: Assist with on-the-go changes and support site operations.
* Client Service: Provide top-notch, professional client interactions.
* Order Allocation: Help allocate at least 60 new repair orders daily.
