Make Ready Operative
Ambulance Transfers urgently requires a Make Ready Operative to help maintain our high standards of vehicle compliance and carry out general maintenance duties around our HQ and London locations.
Requirements:
· Full clean UK driving licence (manual)
· Previous experience preferred
· Be hard working, reliable and use own initiative
· Fully flexible
· Happy to travel in and around London.
Duties to include but not limited to:
· Deep cleaning ambulances on rotation
· Conveying vehicles to and from MOT’s and Services
· Monitor conditions of equipment onboard the vehicles
· Daily vehicle cleans internal/external in all weather conditions
· Daily cleaning of ALL base/yard area’s (Including London)
· Work alongside ambulance crews and support them before their shift
· Replenishing consumables & maintaining stock levels
· Delivering stock to hospital bases/locations in and around London
· Complete relevant daily checks, and reports.
You would report to our Fleet & Make Ready Manager.

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* 5 Days a week (including every other Saturday) on rota
* Hours 5am-1pm & 7am – 3pm
Experience:
* Valeting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
