We’re Looking For A: Manager, Digital Acquisition Marketing to lead a team to be experts in direct to consumer marketing, responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns to acquire new customers all while fostering a collaborative work environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Own acquisition marketing budgets and lead an in-house team to reach and maintain key performance metrics. Get hands-on in data to analyze all customer touch points to develop A/B test plans and strategies to optimize acquisition efforts. Work cross-functionally with all departments including external agencies and partners to drive KPIs, revenue, and ROI goals. Lead, mentor, and train a team on digital advertising channels, A/B test plans, and direct to consumer strategies
Communicate current marketing performance clearly and effectively across departments and to senior leadership and executive team
Approach every day with a performance-based growth mindset to iterate and evolve company sales funnels and channels to stay a leader in digital direct to consumer marketing
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): Able to build, develop and lead a team. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of advertising networks and tools. Advanced analytical skills with digital measurements. Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data. Able to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and data crunching
Excellent time management and organizational Skills
3-5 years of performance-based growth marketing required
Experience managing 6-figure monthly performance budgets required
Experience optimizing sales funnels via A/B testing required
1+ years managing in house cross-functional teams required
Experience managing paid media on Facebook or native networks such as Taboola, Outbrain, Gemini required
Experience managing external agencies and partners preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $103,300 – $137,800, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
