Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead the manufacturing and production processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence. You’ll manage the team, drive performance, and uphold a commitment to quality and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Set goals for company growth and strategy implementation.

* Develop plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

* Ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.

* Manage resources effectively to meet targets and minimise costs.

* Foster a high-performance culture among the team.

* Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

* Coordinate material purchases and supplier management.

* Undertake training and personal development as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Relevant experience in manufacturing/production or a similar role (Essential)

* Valid forklift certificate (Desirable)

* Good general education (Essential)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Essential)

* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations (Essential)
