Develop, execute, and manage integrated PR and influencer campaigns.

PR Agency Management: Lead and manage the agency relationship, providing clear direction, setting KPIs, and ensuring the timely execution of PR & Influencer campaigns.

Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners & retailers including co-branded campaigns, cross-promotions, and experiential activations.
*
Oversee the end-to-end execution of trade shows, including booth design, staffing, logistics, and on-site activities.
*
Work closely with channel, category & commercial teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotional strategies, and overall business goals.
*
Track the effectiveness of PR and influencer campaigns through metrics such as media coverage, social media engagement, influencer reach, and ROI.
Person Specification
*
2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, partnerships marketing, and event management.
*
Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR & influencer campaigns, driving brand awareness through earned media and influencer partnerships.
*
Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with external agencies to ensure collaboration, alignment with brand objectives, and high-quality deliverables.
*
Ability to craft creative campaigns that drive brand visibility, engage target audiences, and meet business objectives.
*
Experience in planning, executing, and managing consumer-facing trade shows and events.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content and deliver clear, impactful messages to diverse audiences.
*
Strong organisational and project management skills.
*
Able to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
*
Ability to work effectively across teams (marketing, commercial, product, external agencies) and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
