Our company is looking for a Matchday Hospitality Manager to work closely with the Events and Function Manager to prepare for evening events following matchdays.As part of your role, you will lead a team of waiters and bartenders during matchdays.The RoleTo be considered for the position, the candidate will need to attend pre-operations meetings on a Thursday to discuss crowd numbers and special requirements. Once matchday numbers and set up have been outlined, the candidate will have to coordinate with kitchen detailing hospitality numbers, organise matchday setup, order stock for kiosks and bars, establish staff routes and kiosk routes.
