M&E Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a background in the M&E space. We are partnered with a tier one contractor, who have a 10 years project based in Birmingham.
Duties:
* As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors to deliver on the infrastructure projects.
* Handle the tendering process to find best subcontractors within the M&E space.
* Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people.
* Sourcing local subcontractors.
* Work with key stakeholders.
* Commercial reporting.
Requirements
* Track record working as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E.
* Ideally have experience within Healthcare projects.
* The ability to deliver projects successfully
* Ideally be degree educated, but this is not essential.
