The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for: In your position, you will tackle intricate technical challenges through the application of formal methodologies to assess systems, equipment, and potential failures. Your primary objectives are to optimize equipment availability, enhance reliability, and boost performance by employing effective troubleshooting and proactive maintenance techniques. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical maintenance work during planned and unplanned outages. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for providing support for both site capital and expense projects, ensuring that project goals related to scope, schedule, safety and budget are successfully achieved.

This role will be on a to-be-discussed rotational basis in the United States.

Requirements: 5+ years experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. P.Eng Designation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Exposure to predictive maintenance techniques and technologies. Experience in an underground mining environment is an asset. Experience with computerized maintenance management system, preference for SAP experience.
