3D CAD (Creo preferred), CAE (ANSYS preferred), DoE, FMEA, and QFD
Basic problem-solving skills (Fishbone, 5 Why Analysis, etc.)”””
“BS in Mechanical Engineering Required
• 5 years minimum of product design/development experience
• Automotive terminal and connector design and manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly design principals
• Proficient in technical tools such as 3D CAD (Creo preferred), CAE (ANSYS preferred), DoE, FMEA, and QFD
• Basic problem-solving skills (Fishbone, 5 Why Analysis, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
• Ability to manage multiple products/projects with attention to detail
• Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle architectures and connectivity and experience with busbar and battery technologies is a plus.
