Here, you’ll be building complex, bespoke machines from the ground up – equipment that relies on precision fits, fine adjustments, correct clearances, and proper lubrication. You’ll get the satisfaction of seeing a machine come to life – something few fitters get to experience these days.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Building complete bespoke machinery – not just sub-assemblies

* Working with shafts, bearings, gears, linkages, pneumatics, and precision components

* Reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings and specifications

* Inspecting, testing, and verifying components during the build process

* Taking pride in producing machinery built to last
