Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

My client is an established FM contractor based in Essex who have been trading since 2002.

They are looking for a PPM / Multiskilled Engineer to work in Schools, Blue light, Residential and MOD sites.

Duties

* To undertake essential PPM in education settings within the M25.

* Servicing AC, AHU, FCU, EMG Lighting, Water temperatures etc

* Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 – Depending on experience

* Door to Door travel

* Location: Within and around the M25

* Hours: 8am – 5pm

* Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays

* Company van and fuel card

* Company uniform

* Company pension

* Materials and consumables supplied

* Overtime on evening and weekends

* Call out is optional – 1 in 5 if you would like to take part

THE CANDIDATE

* Preferable not essential – FGAS – Plumbing or Electrical Qualification

* At least 5 years’ experience on the job knowledge

* UK driving licence

* Good standard of work and attention to detail

* Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative.
