MEP Manager – Caribbean

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to join a busy and expanding MEP department within an established main contractor in the Caribbean region. This role is for someone looking to fully relocate on a long-term basis.

Ideal candidate will have international experience, with Caribbean experience preferred.

Looking for someone with the following attributes.

Manages both electrical and plumbing with bias on electrical preferred
Comes from a trade background, with the ability to project manage complex high-end residential projects
Can supervise site trades for production and quality control, purchasing materials, reviewing design drawings and specifications
Has a background in assisting estimators / quantity surveyorsTax free / competitive salary / vehicle supplied / accommodation on arrival guaranteed for the first month of employment
