Metalwork Project Manager

Project Manager wanted for a busy Metalwork firm near Broxbourne.

Focussing on the Architectural side of metalwork they specialise in Handrails/ Balustrades, Staircases and general metalwork in Mild and Stainless.
Working in the commercial sector, they have secured multiple projects throughout London with project values up to £5M.

The ideal applicant will have extensive project management experience in Architectural Metalwork with a proven track record of successful delivery.

You will be responsible for handling multiple projects from inception to completion for blue-chip clientele throughout London.

Duties include:

* Scheduling of works;

* Risk Identification and management;

* Overall quality control;

* Responsibility to delivery on time and budget

* Meet and manage project expectations

* Liaising with all relevant parties to contract (workshop, site management, client side).
