Job title: Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering Basingstoke, Andover, Fleet & Aldershot
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £40,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering
Building Services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a mobile mechanical engineer to cover a government contract across Hampshire. This role comes with a 1 in 8 callout. Due to the sensitive nature of the contract a full enhanced DBS is required.
Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)Contact us to apply.
