Role & Responsibilities:

* Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance across hospitals, offices, and police stations

* Conduct reactive and planned preventative maintenance

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

* Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently

* Work within SLAs and KPIs to maintain service excellence

* Participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£100 standby)

Requirements:

* Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering experience in a commercial setting

* Full Clean UK driving licence

* Ability to pass DBS clearance (No criminal record)
