Our client is internationally renowned, family owned manufacturing company who have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-drop Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their team.
As the Multi-drop Driver/Warehouse Operative you will carry out deliveries and collections within the UK.
Responsibilities of the Multi-drop Driver/Warehouse Operative
* Multidrop collection & deliveries
* Safely loading and unloading as well as securing deliveries
* Planning of daily routes and liaison with factory personnel
* Maintaining the yard
* Carrying out daily checks on vehicle and comply with legal requirements
* Support other team members once yard duties completed
* Great driving skills
The ideal Multi-drop driver/Warehouse Operative will possess the following;
* Full, valid, clean UK driving license (essential)
* Previous experience as van driver
* Ability to read and have a good understanding of paperwork
* Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
* Great communication and people skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks
The Multi-drop driver/Warehouse Operative is a permanent role working, Monday to Friday, 7.15am-4.15pm with a 12.15pm finish on a Friday.
You will expect a salary of £26,500 plus 30 days holiday (including 3-4 days over Xmas, which are not taken out of allowance) + pension.
