About Masterfix:
Masterfix is a leading provider of property maintenance services, delivering high-quality solutions across the hospitality sector. We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, working on the Mitchells & Butlers pub and restaurant account in Central London.
This is a fast-paced role that requires versatility, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic to ensure managers’ maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you thrive under pressure and enjoy a challenge, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Carry out a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of repair.
🔹 Tiling, patch plastering, painting & decorating, and general brick & block work.
🔹 Flooring repairs, including carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile replacement.
🔹 Small Roofing repairs, including pitched and flat roofing.
🔹 Work efficiently and proactively to ensure minimal disruption to the pub/restaurant operations.
🔹 Use the client€™s online system to log jobs, update progress, and create job notes.
What We€™re Looking For:
œ” Proven experience in a multi-trade role within a maintenance or facilities environment.
œ” Previous experience of working in Central London pubs and restaurants.
œ” Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work at pace.
œ” A “can-do” attitude this job is not for the faint-hearted!
œ” Excellent customer service and communication skills when dealing with pub/restaurant managers.
œ” Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
œ” Experience using digital systems to log and update jobs (training provided on the client€™s system).
