Multi Trade

We are looking for a Multi Trade to work in occupied social housing properties in the Banbury/Bicester area. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent with a well-established contractor.

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:

Kitchen fitting
Bathroom fitting
General maintenance duties such as basic carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating
The Multi Trade will need:

An NVQ level 2 in any trade or at least 5 years experience
Experience working in social housing and domestic properties
Own transport and own tools
In return the Multi Trade will receive:

£22.50 an hour
Optional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays
Early finish on Fridays (3pm)
