Our client is seeking a Multi-Trade Specialist to join their dynamic team, focusing on carpentry and plumbing repairs in their vacant residential properties. Your Role
As a Multi-Trade Specialist, you will:
* Complete necessary carpentry and plumbing repairs in vacant properties.
* Collaborate closely with a team of trade operatives and colleagues, ensuring a seamless approach to property readiness.
* Deliver high-quality, timely repairs with accurate diagnostic solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a City and Guilds NVQ level 2 qualification in Carpentry and/or Plumbing, or possess equivalent experience.
* Demonstrate well-developed trade skills, particularly in carpentry (e.g., joinery, door hanging, kitchen unit upgrades) and basic plumbing (e.g., leak detection, installation of sinks, baths, and toilets).
* Have additional skills in wet trades, tiling, decorating, glazing, and door/window mechanisms.
* Show aptitude for mobile technology (training provided) and a commitment to first-class customer service.
* Possess a full driving license (company van provided).
