Multi Trader wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector
Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association based in the Crawley area.
There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!
As a Multi Traders your day to day will look like:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for a confident Multi Traders that is also able to completing tiling and painting/decorating maintenance also.
Please note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification is needed for this role.
About the Multi Trader role:
Salary: Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.
Location: Crawley
