Purpose of the position: Reporting to the Manager, National Service Providers, the National Service Providers (NSP) Solutions Specialist processes inbound and supports outbound opportunity development. The NSP Solutions Specialist works with NSP reps and districts to introduce SMART solutions through the adoption of our products. This primarily work from home position includes up to 40% seasonal travel, working with end-customer and Channel Partners (NSP sales reps). This position will have a dotted line to the Regional Education Manager of the corresponding region.

Duties and Responsibilities: Service and qualify inbound contacts with a focus on engaging and qualifying prospective customers and NSP reps. Execute outbound prospecting to non-SMART customers via research, cold calls, emails, and social media.

For targeted accounts, research the account, determine the best account-based messaging, determine correct contacts. Deliver sales presentations and product overviews to customers and NSP reps. Coordinate and execute pre/post event follow-up strategy in collaboration with sales, channel, and marketing teams.

Attend select virtual and physical events. Build and prioritize outreach plans to ensure timely and fulsome follow-up on activity. Relationship development with prospective customers and channel partners (NSP) within territory. Develop strong industry and product knowledge, and sales messaging.

Education and work experience: 2+ years experience in Sales and/or Education. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and teams remotely. Strong work ethic. Demonstrated reasoning and problem-solving abilities with a high level of self-motivation. Strong time-management and planning skills.

High degree of comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to approach tasks with a positive attitude while focusing on results with a strong sense of urgency towards reaching goals.

A valid passport, or no impediment to obtaining one.

Experience with Salesforce and Outreach preferred. Experience with social media, marketing and sales preferred. Experience working with CDW a plus.

Supervision: This position does not have any direct reports.
