Embark on an exciting journey by joining an esteemed private practice as a Nurse Practitioner, serving the Melbourne Southeast area.
This exceptional role offers the flexibility to work up to 3 days remotely from the comfort of your home, engaging in tele health services for patients.
The remaining two days will be spent at the clinic, where you will become an integral part of a vibrant team. This dynamic group includes Medical Specialists, allied health practitioners, and fellow Nurse Practitioners, all dedicated to providing holistic and comprehensive multidisciplinary care to our diverse patient base.
Requirements: Up-to-date registration with AHPRA and recognition as a Nurse Practitioner. Current Prescriber Number. Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for assisting patients in handling chronic health conditions, such as, but not restricted to, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and weight management. Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care. Exceptionally honed interpersonal and communication abilities. Capability and willingness to attend to patients with various conditions within their scope of practice. Proficiency in actively engaging and contributing to multidisciplinary case conferences. Autonomy in work.
