Nursery Manager Walk in the Park Nursery Derby
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional ready to lead a brand new nursery? Our client is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Nursery Manager to join their team at Walk in the Park Nursery. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities for Nursery manager:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery
* Ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained
* Managing and motivating a team of dedicated staff * Building strong relationships with parents and carers
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and EYFS framework
* Implementing and maintaining robust safeguarding procedures
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) *Pervious management experience desirable.
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in Ofsted compliance
* A passion for early childhood education and child development
