The Role
We’re looking for a resilient and results-driven Registered Manager to take the lead in this well-established, well-regarded nursing home.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
Ensuring outstanding person-centred care for residents with complex needs
Leading and developing a skilled nursing and care team
Maintaining full CQC compliance and achieving excellence in inspections
Managing budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
About You
A Registered Manager with experience in nursing home management
Hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
A motivational leader with the ability to drive high standards and improvements
