We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Burnley area who are looking for an Office Administrator. This position will be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis working between 16 20 hours a week. Previous experience is required for this role, please see below the duties and responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
* General administration duties.
* Sending out information to clients confirming sales agreements.
* Setting up new clients using Microsoft office.
* Confirming details to clients via email.
* Sending out invoices and taking payments.
* Answering calls and taking messages.
* Assisting in other duties as and when required.
Hours of work:
* Working between 16 20 hours a week Monday Friday.
* Hourly rate £12.80 paid weekly.
