We’re on the lookout for a Operations & Brand Coordinator to help us increase our brand presence while keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, from helping film social media content to coordinating our fabrication and installation schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operations & Administration:
?Coordinate fabrication and installation schedules with our team and customers.
?Assist with purchasing materials and liaising with suppliers.
Reconcile invoices and track job costs.
?Handle general inquiries and ensure smooth communication across teams and with customers.

Brand & Marketing:
?Manage and grow our online presence (social media and some email marketing).
?Helping to create engaging content, including photos, videos, and marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re open to candidates of all experience levels, but the ideal person will have:
? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
? A creative eye for branding and interest in content creation.
? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
? The ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
? A proactive and problem-solving mindset – this is the most important!
? Added bonus if you have experience with social media, basic design tools (Canva), or other platforms
