We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Panel Beater to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Role Overview: As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for ensuring the repair of motor vehicles that meets industry standards. Your duties will include:
* Stripping and refitting as necessary, including adjustment and panel alignment.
* Reporting any associated defects or damages.
* Observing and reporting on vehicle structure and paintwork.
* Ensuring vehicles comply with safety standards before returning to customers.
* Conducting quality control checks and reporting any faults or defects.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
* Training: Willingness to undertake necessary training courses.
* License: Full UK driving license.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, use initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
* Responsibility: Demonstrated organizational insight and accountability for actions.
Essential Requirement: Must have own tools.
