We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various office settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
* Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Due to the nature of the business you will need to have a DBS and credit checks done.
Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm
£11.44 p/h
Temp to perm role.
