Supporting the Founder, the successful Social & Content Executive will be the autonomous lead of all social media campaigns across the agency and have sole ownership of creative across Iceberg.

You will have a healthy curiosity and an appetite to grow communities across the agency’s client sectors (including; advertising, digital marketing, public relations, events + marketing) and deliver social, content, copy & strategic ideas!

The Opportunity:

• Work from home!
• Source, create and deliver weekly content and job adverts via social channels and CRM
• Develop content and social media planning
• Ghost writing on behalf of the Founder for various publications
• Liaise with external IT team on issues regarding the function of the Iceberg WordPress site/Salesforce CRM when required
• Work with the Founder to write and deliver industry blog topics/ ideas
• Community management across social platforms
• Analyse ROI and reporting
• Create and disseminate industry surveys (Salary Guides, etc.)

You:

• Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
• Able to work x2 full days per week
• Able to work independently & with confidence
• Have an understanding and strong interest in social media marketing, digital marketing and influencing careers
• Experience using Adobe Suite is preferred
• Previous experience using a CMS (Salesforce) is preferred
• Previous experience using WordPress is ideal
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or digital advertising is a bonus!
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, social media or content marketing is ideal
• Confident communicator + calm under pressure
• Can manage projects and work to quick deadlines
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
