Partner Consultant – AI Solutions (Independent Contractor)
Engagement Type: Contractor (Commission-Based with Future Equity & Salary)
Overview:
Sentient1 is a leader in AI-driven business transformation, delivering cutting-edge automation, analytics, and machine learning solutions. We are seeking a Partner Consultant with a strong sales and strategic advisory focus to drive AI solution adoption and revenue growth.
This is a commission-based role for the first six months , after which a base salary and equity in Sentient1 will be offered based on performance. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth AI company and build long-term wealth while driving impactful AI-driven transformations.
As a Partner Consultant, you will operate as a trusted advisor, helping organisations understand and implement AI strategies while building a pipeline of sales opportunities for Sentient1’s AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across key industries.
- Leverage your existing network to introduce Sentient1’s AI solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers .
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to solution presentation and closing deals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to establish Sentient1 as a trusted AI partner.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and pricing models.
- AI Advisory & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted consultant , guiding businesses on AI transformation strategies.
- Conduct AI maturity assessments to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
- Work with technical teams to design tailored AI solutions that address client pain points.
- Stay updated on AI trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.
- Partnership & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Represent Sentient1 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Compensation Structure:
- First 6 months: Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential .
- After 6 months: A base salary and equity in Sentient1 will be provided based on performance.
