The People & Talent Advisor is responsible for supporting recruitment, talent management, and employee development within an organisation. They will work closely with the Chief People Officer to enhance workforce performance, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic goals

Description
This role supports the delivery of the people plan by assisting managers across recruitment, onboarding, change management, performance management, talent management, well-being, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, ED&I, and well-being to enhance business performance.
Provide recruitment support, assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage onboarding from offer to joining, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Create and manage talent pools, identifying candidates for key roles.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure all HR systems are GDPR-compliant.
Advise on employee relations matters and provide solutions to issues.
Coordinate new joiner administration, including drafting offers, contracts, and conducting pre-employment checks.
Support other HR processes like payroll, performance development reviews, and policy updates.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have;
Experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on in-house hiring
Knowledge of HR and employment law, including employee relations cases
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills at senior management level
